Does the author speak english?

This is by far the worst book I have ever bought. If I could return it I would. While the author may know his stuff, the book reads as if it were dictated by someone who does not speak English as a first language, and then transcribed by computer. No proofreading was done. Incomplete sentences, ambiguous references, etc, make this book nearly impossible to follow. Save your money and do not buy this book.

This book seems to have mixed reviews. I decided to buy the book, even after my wife said not to and, after seeing the negative reviews on the bottom of the page. At first glance I feel that it may be useful because it appears to have explanations, and troubleshooting help for repair tips and tricks currently used in the marketplace. Here are some points, that might, seem helpful to anyone interested in this purchase.
I am intrigued by cell phone repair, and have taken some electronics courses on a college level years ago. This is important to note since this book might not be written well enough for beginners to electronics. If he or she is already frustrated/overwhelmed with what there is to learn about circuitry and troubleshooting, then the poorly written text may add to that frustration. There are run-on sentences, comma's where there should be periods, capitalization's in the wrong place, AND MORE! :) If you are not intimated by someone who writes at less than an 7th grade level, then I would buy this book. In fairness to the author, it seems unlikely that English is their primary language.
In closing, my opinion is that the book be removed from the Amazon store. It is jsut not written well enough for people that may need to use it as a reference. Technical manuals can sometimes be hard enough to understand without the English being hard to read. Hope this helps explain why it might have gotten such bad reviews from readers in the past.
