Great Indian recipes!

If your looking to try out Indian food but were afraid this is the cookbook for you. It is easy to follow and the recipes are great! I liked the explanation of the different ingredients. You don't always get that with other cookbooks and online recipes. The Shrimp Coconut Curry is my favorite! I've also tried the Seekh Kabab and Spinach and Potato Curry, both were fantastic!

fab little curry recipe book

I got this great little book free for my kindle and having used it would happily pay for it. It is easy to use, well laid out and the little facts at the end of each recipe are a great touch. If you want a non-fussy, easy to use recipe book for curries then buy this one :-)
